This Comic Artist create 7 Amazing “Harry Potter” Scenes That Didn’t Make The Movie

People say that the book is always better than the movie. Mainly because the film leaves things out. To help Potterheads visually relive their favorite moments from the series, Orlando, Florida-based artist Katie Knudson is drawing scenes from Harry Potter movies that didn’t make it into the movies, and probably even J.K. Rowling would be happy to see them.

My mom used to read Harry Potter books to me when she was growing up,” Katie told Bored Panda. “Even the last one that came out when I was in high school. He formed an exceptional bond between the two of us!

Katie came up with the idea for her fanart project when someone reminded her of the scene where Luna randomly walks up to Harry and proclaims her support. “I just thought it was a great scene and was inspired to draw it really quickly. It was so well received that I realized I wasn’t the only one missing these forgotten and deleted scenes, so I kept looking for them and drawing them! The artist always tries to cover famous movie scenes that are important moments for the characters. “Anything emotional or formative to a character, like the status of Neville’s parents. It makes me sad when that kind of character development is forgotten.”

“It can take 10 to 20 hours from planning and sketching the scene to releasing it online,” Katie said. “I try to spend as much time as possible making them as exact to the text as I can.” Keep scrolling and enjoy this compilation of wonderful Harry Potter fan art.
