I now schedule one or two drawings per week rather than ten or fifteen like I used to. This way, I can enjoy the process avoid burnout and actually accomplish more. She also highlighted the importance of staying active and having a hobby. I’ve been swimming competitively for six years, and it helps me avoid getting trapped in a cycle of self-doubt and overthinking.
