If you’re a fan of bizarre darkly humorous comics then you’re in for a real treat. Brian Jas the creator of Gryzlock, continues to craft comics that blend dark humor quirky characters and absurdly funny scenarios.
Describing his work Brian says I’m just a dude trying to leave a mark on the world with juvenile but hopefully funny, comics. In addition to his latest comics, Brian shared some exciting news about his upcoming book so if you enjoy his unique humor, be sure to watch for it in 2025.

Brian started by saying Nice to be back. Hope everyone is doing well. When asked about what’s new since his last post, the artist revealed some exciting news about his upcoming book. I’m putting out my first comic book. No release date yet but it’s coming in 2025. It’s a way to sell out and make some money. Daddy needs new shoes. But honestly, I just want to have a physical copy. Doing everything online is fun but having a book feels more tangible.

When asked about the theme behind his comics, Brian kept it straightforward. It’s all jokes nothing too serious. Like them or don’t. If it made you smirk that’s what counts. As for what he wants the audience to take away, Brian shared that he expects nothing specific. Some of them are more political but most are just there to make you laugh he added.

Looking ahead, Brian shared what new themes mediums and projects he’s excited to explore in his artistic journey. There’s a series I started called Beyond It was originally meant to be a one-off, but it got so popular that I decided to continue it. It’s been difficult to finish though drawing something that never feels good enough can be draining. My goal is to wrap up this arc and then take the series in a fresh direction Brian explained.
