20 Lunar Baboon Comics Explain How to Handle Difficulties in Normal Life

We are back to discuss an artist living in Toronto whose name is Chris Grady. He is a loving father of three kids and a brilliant comics creator who works under the title Lunar Baboon. His genuinely realistic artworks, which are mostly drawn in plain black and white, have made more than 615,000 people his followers on Instagram. In his comics, Grady did not discover his potential and become an artist until he had his own child to support.

As a father new to the experience of raising young children, he drew inspiration from the funny, sad, ordinary, and extraordinary moments of his fatherhood. His amusing drawings quickly turned into humorous four-panel cartoons that depicted the realities of being a parent with a touch of humor and affection. Finally, Grady went on to show glimpses of parenting, which include dancing with kids at night and handling siblings’ disputes, and that is when the followers increased in number.

This comic series started out as a pastime, and within a short span of time, it became successful. Now Lunar Baboon has become one of the most popular comic artists for people who have problems with their mental state, relationships, or being a mother or a father. Amazingly and surprisingly, while using a few clean lines and little shades, Grady is able to share a range of effects, such as joy, sadness, anxiety, and laughter.

#7. What’s my purpose?

#8. Smelly Old Dog

#9. So Much Things To Do

His comics depict an appealing scene, for instance, a comic of a woman and a baby looking into each other’s eyes with the tag falling in love again. It is an example of an appeal that resonates with the magical feeling between a parent and a child. However, besides issues related to parenting, which is a common theme in most strips, Lunar Baboon focuses on other issues as well. He also explains how to deal with inner struggles in daily life.
